As a claimant of a USAA insured I experienced the worst claims service ever! USAA made every attempt to make me have may car repaired at their preferred collision repair.
On one call I requested to speak to a supervisor and a claims adjustor actually told me that he didn't have a supervisor. Go figure! No matter the time or day, wait times to talk to someone were substantial and after I reached someone I was often placed on hold so they could research the claim. Nobody had any idea what was going on.
One claims adjustor would tell me one thing and another adjustor would tell me something totally different. My car was totaled and they never reached out to me. I always had to initiate contact. It took over a month to resolve the claim.
I hope I never get hit by another USAA insured again! Miserable experience!
