the list is too long for me to write here. A new customer I was promised seamless, timely, competent service which has NOT happened.

PLEASE, someone from USAA executive's team contact me, either Stuart Parker CEO or Wayne Peacock, President of Property and Casualty insurance. After many hours on the phone and online, customer "service" has not uploaded my documents submitted 3/6/18 and "has no expectation of when that upload will occur" which could result in my comp and collision being dropped. Even though the documents were received on 3/6/18 according to supervisor "Jerry". Progressive has much better customer service and the only reason I changed is to save money.

Please! somebody care about all my wasted time!
