New ReviewerI was confused about medicare choices and called for advice. Usaa agent referred me to cigna as my best choice for coverage of expensive medication.
i signed up with cigna medicare advantage and failed to question why usaa was charging me $215per month for medicare and quite frankly I am not as on top of business things as I get older. USAA refused reimbursement and said that many people carry 2 medicare policies and they assumed I was too even though my monthly income is only $1500.I always felt that that usaa had my back and feel betrayed that ex service officers are using that connection to take advantage of us.
User's recommendation: I WILL NO LONGER USE USAA AND AM CASHING OUT ON MY $ 2000 subscribers account.
Monetary Loss: $2.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
USAA Pros: Old days when they cared about the vets they served.
USAA Cons: Do not care about veterans, Now it sucks.
