A once loyal USAA customer, I realize now that I was blinded by their loyalty to military and there families. I called with a simple question in regards to my auto policy.

Do to the lack of knowledge and mis information I had escalated my concern because USAA customer service representatives had no real answer for me. After several weeks 50 phone calls and over 100 different employees including managers, and members of the CEO relations team they failed to address the concern. Then after all this time they changed their stand on what required documentation really is and said its required but not really. Essentially saying I waisted my time and aggravation because only one person in the entire company can give me a straight answer.

Yet if I called back today they would still revert back to the original incorrect response. They waste your time and make there customers do the work for them, while they argue with you the whole time.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
