USAA Denies or Ignores the Law Of Gravity

Drain water flows down, not up. After an extremely aggravating two months, USAA officially denied my claim for water damage to my condo unit. They claimed that what I viewed as a "sudden and accidental" leak that is covered by my policy would not be covered because they alleged that the leak lasted more than 14 days and itwas the sole cause of considerable mold damage. The leak came from and open p-trap pipe connection two feet below the kitchen countertop. The denial of gravity came when I showed them photos of considerable mold on top of the countertop and on the drywall above the countertop that could not have possibly been caused by the leak two feet below. That mold had to be caused by a totally separate leak at the countertop level. Conversely areas ten inches below the leak that should have been damaged by a chronic leak had no mold, even though they were soaked wet. And this 48 your member was denied coverage without being given any evidence whatsoever.
