USAA has ignored by request to speak with a Manager, promised call back from Manager in 2 days, no call back. Promised a call back a 2nd time in 1 day, time will soon tell if lying is common practice among the representatives.
Solution exchange vehicle and Title for payment, who in their right mind would hand over ownership of their property without payment being received for said property.
