They dropped us after over 25 yrs because of our son’s stupidity (dui & totaled his car) after they raised our rate for a year to recoup $. What a bunch of jerks! This was the ONLY accident we’d ever had. They told us we’d have to find a new home insurance provider as well. They probably did us a favor. I bet they wouldn’t want to cover anything anyhow. Good riddance.

AAA will allow you to use Roadside immediately once you purchase. Don’t blame your bad experience and lack of planning on USAA. Save the sob story.
