Tried to join. Widow of 2 veterans. Was told I had to join before they died. Too bad I didn't get a message outlining date of death. Guess once you die your service no longer counts.

Did they ever call you? I'm experiencing the same thing simply trying to get them to verify an external account so I can make an ACH to it online.

Their automated process screwed it up, triggered NSF somehow, and started the process all over a second time. I've spoken to 5 different reps who couldn't hear me, put me on hold numerous times, transferred me around, and hung up on me.

I called back to be escalated to a super and it went to her VOICEMAIL! What the heck happened to this company?

They dropped us after over 25 yrs because of our son’s stupidity (dui & totaled his car) after they raised our rate for a year to recoup $. What a bunch of jerks! This was the ONLY accident we’d ever had. They told us we’d have to find a new home insurance provider as well. They probably did us a favor. I bet they wouldn’t want to cover anything anyhow. Good riddance.

Not sure what the last part has to do with anything but mr E9 ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES ASK THIS INFORMATION BEFORE THEY QUOTE YOU. To see your excact rate based on your credit and etc hence you’re social.

Stop complaining about a bank you’re biased against.

Of course you didn’t join yet no account was opened. They held your info for the quote.

Exactly. Guilty until you prove innocence - and good luck with that.

I have been trying off and on for over 5 years. Every single time, customer service gives me completely different hoops to jump through, I do, and they never follow up. Today I spent an hour and 5 calls - all which magically ended up getting dropped on their end - trying to reach someone, anyone, in management.

I finally gave up for today. Astoundingly poor customer service.
