Exactly. Guilty until you prove innocence - and good luck with that.

I have been trying off and on for over 5 years. Every single time, customer service gives me completely different hoops to jump through, I do, and they never follow up. Today I spent an hour and 5 calls - all which magically ended up getting dropped on their end - trying to reach someone, anyone, in management.

I finally gave up for today. Astoundingly poor customer service.
