Ussa have very poor service on claims had two and they want to take their time. After all the money you pay them they dont want to service you.

I have been trying to get USAA to pay me the amount they owe me for my injury claim but they keep giving me a way too low amount. Every time I call I get a voicemail and no call back. I get emails with attachments attached but the attachment has nothing in them. Every time I talk to another claim rep they tell me that I have to talk to the person assigned only. As soon as I get this claim over I will no longer bank or have insurance with USAA.

USAA - Renters Policy

I have 25+ years of service. 2 years were combat. Disabled Combat Vet. I trusted USAA. House burglarized on 10Oct2014. I submitted itemized list within 15 days. To date , I have only had my computer and garage refer replaced. This has been a 6 mo. ordeal. USAA has victimized me everyday due to lack of action. USAA does not value my service. I am completely dissatisfied. I'm actually considering a lawyer. My Rep has issued several two week "Out of Office" memos to my claim center. Does anyone take over ? Nope ! Maybe a news investigative report would be a good idea. Anyone in AZ. sound interested ?

USAA - Claims

Their customer service/claims representatives need to learn what customer service is. I continue to leave messages and Francis Velasquez who is supposed to be handling my claim (it was their customer who plowed into the back of my truck and totaled it) and he doesn't return phone calls. I would like to close out my claim so i can get another vehicle but can't get anywhere with those people. You couldn't pay me to have USAA as an insurance company. The one time i was able to get hold of Francis Velasquez i was insulted by the ridiculously low amount he was offering me.

My car was broken into on Dec 6.2014. I filled a police report. I waited two weeks before i waited to be contacted by ussa and no on reached out to me so i called. Then they send out Preirmre services an inspected my vechile said they dont see evidence of a navigation wire or camera wire an i explained all the wires was taken with the equipemtent if it wasnt it was thrown out after i cleaned up my vechile. Preimere Servicrs told usaa everything was there expect the navigation wire and camera wire. So i again contacted usaa after a week of hearing nothing they explain i need proof of purchase now. So i provided bank statements. Now after a month again i call in to find out the status of my update they now want to put my case under review for a claims investigation. Wow after i call in to complain they put itunder review. I spoke with over 5 different adjusters draling with my case and sent.in everything they asked and now the last on Hedi was upset with my attiude an.put.my case.under review.

USAA - HORRIBLE COMPANY

Better off not having insurance...incompetent idiotic claim handlers..they don't want to pay for car rentals...solicit and steer you to one rental agency..direct and steer you to their budget repair centers..don't want and refuse to pay original parts on a 2 year old $30000 truck......want to stop the rental car priviledges in a unreasonable time frame...repairs at your shop are done and USAA never issues the check on time...pure IDIOTS..I think they are mentally incapacitated at the San Antonio office...they are brainless. if you suffer a total loss, you are screwed....low settlement, and they fight you on an evaluation report...always get a written total loss report before you RELEASE your car to them.

if cars are in different locations-not a USAA rule, they don't qualify for a multi car policy discount because it is about WHERE the coverage is, not premium based on what is owned. Each state has different rules and regulations on what you can write on a policy.. And if a car was totaled out, it is usually left on the policy if you are going to replace the totaled car-so you keep the discount rather get an increase in the interim period..not unusual to do that.

You don't get pain and suffering on your insurance. Did they pay for your medical bills (if you had medpay)?

It seems as if they handled the damages. YOU have to file a pain and suffering claim through the other insurance.

Usaa restricted my account and blocked me from my money, they were great until they had to investigate our insurance claim. When the investigation was over they desided not to pay out and that they no longer wanted to provide service for us. Now they won't give us our money, what a joke.

Accident by a USAA driver

On March 6th, 2014- around 6:30 in the morning, i was heading to corporate office for training during that day, ussually my work location its within 10 miles from my home. I was going at the left lane next to the HOV+ lane. I saw a VDOT vehicle on the right shoulder who was forcing his way through traffic to get to the left shoulder. When the vehicle approached my lane i led him pass. once he made his way to left shoulder there was a gap between the front of my vehicle and the rear of a construction van in fron of me. I was able to caught with the traffic, but then the person behind me rear ended my truck, pushing it forward cracking the front bumper and damaging the state tags and support bracket. When i felt the impact, placed the car in parking and got out to assist the person behind me. While i was assisting the person who rearended my truck, the guy in the construction van got out, inspected his vehicle and left the scene before an trooper could arrive. I noticed the trype of van and organization of who it belong to but i did not take note on the tags, due that my first reaction was to assist the person behind me. I reported all of the situation once the officer arrived, the "USAA member " who rearended me never got out the car except when the tow arrived and things got settled through the State Trooper who wrote the report. The state trooper who wrote the report was a different officer than the first to whom i explain the incident "in regards a third vehicle involved and leaving the scene" I explain all of this to the adjuster and they agreed that they members estament and mine match except with the claim of having a third vehicle involved or having that show in the police report. for that matter they are denying the claim. I really dont want to talk to a lawyer to take the issue to court but i can't have my car looking like a wreck until USAA decides repair it through their program.

1. A Lawyer will do nothing for you on property damage.

2.

You need to talk to the police officer to change the report for their the one who made the error.

3. You pay premiums, so why not file through your own insurance.

Homeowner's Insurance - USAA

Premium gone up $2000...Been with them for over 14 years, never a claim...they refused any claim I had due to the land sinking under my house (if I die in a sink hole one night, someone use this email - my family knows the deal)- first guy said sink hole, then all of a sudden it was "land settling." There is literally four feet of difference looking down my house. They gave me nothing to fix busted water pipers, spa cracked, busted sprinkler system (under the house piping and the pipes that come out form the ground), cracks throughout out driveway, into the house (Lovely going through the kitchen) and out the patio. That aside, I did not even put a claim in for 2004 when the screen porch was gone, the soffit gone - and still not replaced...they now raise my premium $2000 when I have literally (using it correctly) have cost them NOTHING. I know people that received new kitchens with the money that was for their messed up "roof." I tried to be the good guy and now a I $2000 plus the $2000 I already pay for a house that is sinking...why the fricking raise on those that don't deserve? Have beach people pay for their own stuff ...can't even email them without them wanting your private stats - just let us email you!
