USAA - Poor customer service rude reps

I have been trying to resolve a claim on behalf of my deceased mother and have been totally disregarded and when I call to check the status of her claim I am continuously told I have not had the chance to review the claim yet by the adjuster. Each representative I have spoken with has been rude and has no sympathy for what I am experiencing every day dealing with the loss of my mother. So to be constantly reminded every day because all I want to do is close this case out fairly and rightfully so that I can be at peace they hang up which causes more grief and anxiety so I will just file a AG complaint against the company and the workers for the stress and unjust.

USAA - Not getting good services

On July 16, i spoke with someone to get my car towed to crestmount caddillace in beachwood ohio which the spoke with crestmont but i having prombaly with ussa because they made arrangement for me to get a rentanl car which it were taking care of but i get phone call stated for me to return car back to enterprise in parma ohio on brookpak rd. ussa say they having promble with where my car is getting fix and entererprise keep call me to return car also the said they were going call the police and said i stole the car becsue they said ussa is not going to pay for the rentanl. oh well i had the crsetmont caddilace reach out to enterprise and ussa, i also went up to the caddilace place to see what going i am not treat fair by these three company. i spoke op madeline Givaught this evening and she stated i might have to pay for the rentanl car which my car is not fix yet. but i will return this car back in the morning sometime soon. i sent some paper work address to Madeline and ask that that return it back to me but i have not got it back yet. my claim number is 041517303-012 also i sent in photos and police report number i have not heard any thing beside i am catching *** from the se three companys. a customer should not have to be treat like like this can someone please straight this and let me know what going on with my claim. I was hit by a swerving pickup truck, while I was stopped at a stop sign. This was confirmed by the police report. USAA refused to pay for the damages to my car. Corrupt Company.

My sons car was struck in the rear, the repairs now exceed $30K and the company will not discuss whether this car is a total loss. We call and speak to someone new each time and they provide incorrect information and misinformation each time we call. We've asked to speak to a manager and no one will call us to discuss even after multiple requests! The car has been in repairs more time than my son has been able to drive it. The service provided is completely opposite of the proposed JD Powers surveys! Terrible service

I ordered a product and the wrong product was delivered. The company would not refund or replace after I sent the wrong product back. I filed a claim and USAA denied. They allowed a company to steal almost 400 from me. I never received the correct product. Do not get a card from USAA because you will have no protection as a customer. USAA used to be a good company but it is not anymore. They take advantage of service members and there families.

The issue is that YOU can’t prove that YOU didn’t do it. If they contacted the renters and they said “No we left the place immaculate” and then provided pictures then they will deny any claim because then it would be fraud. You have to have proof the renters did it.

I was rear ended by an issuer of this company, they accepted liability. My claims adjuster was changed the first one was okay the second one Christie Martin is completely rude. I was then instructed to go to an approved USAA body shop for an estimate on property damage. I was given an estimate and then was issued a check. Now they are questioning the extent of my injuries because my repair damages were less than $800. My attorney advised to them that the property damages have nothing to do with injuries. If they are this rude when speaking to an attorney look like my attorney will have no choice but to file a complaint against this company to have my medical bills paid.

After company said they would cover my damages to car,I received papers to sign etc and send back..I sent fedex, they lost one form, I sent another fedex, they lost one form, I sent picture etc online like they said, They came back and stated they can not accept it this way Evan though they said send it. Too bad I cant give them 0 stars. USAA claims they take any family member who has served in the military yet they dont apparently take my dad. Despite my dad opening up an account and getting an account number they wont give him quotes for insurance nor will they add me as eligible even though I am his son. I have spent at least 6 hrs of my time including setting up a conference call with my dad so this could be resolved with USAA. I keep getting the same 2 answers. 1. If my dad calls in they tell him that your son just needs to call in(me). 2. If I call in they tell me my dad needs to call in and they cant tell me why but its something that he did. I also got an excuse from one of the reps that it was a glitch in the system as to why they couldnt link me with my dad. So as of right now they are not standing by their advertised claims of accepting anyone or their family members who have served. USAA is extremely incompetent and the only thing that they are good at is giving me the run around. If they suck this bad at signing people up imagine how bad they are at settling claims

I was talking to a gentleman name Andy Broome which was very unprofessional. Asked some questions because I wasn't sure who else to talk to about my claim but since he was handling this claim he sounded like he wasn't trying to be bothered. Don't bother asking this man from USAA any questions or even have him as your representative in any claim.
