I bought a second car and could not register the Car without Proof of Insurance. USAA Charged me for the 2nd Car but NEVER EVER Entered the Data into the System to allow me to register.

I called them several Times and although they kept Charging me then Never Ever Gave the DMV the Proof that they needed.

I have Changed to Farm Bureau. I will Report back after 6 months.

USAA - So disappointed !

I had a fender bender. I filed the incident report with police , though the other party left the scene. And she filed the claim, saying totally differently story.. and USAA bought that story, saying that I am 100 percent liable for that. I submitted my accident report to her but she didn’t read it. Instead she “kindly” gave me a lecture, “ it would have been worse if a kid had been involved.” Please stop treating me like a criminal. And I am so surprised to know that they buy stories that don’t reflect what really happened.

I love USAA

I have had USAA for about 20 years. When the hurricane hit my house in Hinesville USAA took great care of me. When I wrecked my truck USAA took care of me. My insurance rates are literally half of what GEICO and all the others wanted. USAA has always been great.

Escape from the car accidient with USAA insurance policy holder

The USAA insurance policy holder damaged my parked car in the safe parking lot. The holder with 100 % responsibility gave me the claim number. I sent my car to the Porsche authorized collision center under the California law. However, the USAA technically pushed me to pay out of my pocket money to the collision center and rental car office. USAA paid the less labor charge to the collision center and less rental fee to the rental office but forced me to pay the extra money, otherwise I should wait for my car return in one month, two month, etc. Technically USAA made a few hundred dollars out of the pocket money which made the wondering to the small court claims. Do not believe the USAA for the auto claims

USAA - Almost doubled my Auto and Home polices cost in 3 years

I am a veteran with average size house and 2 cars. USAA got me to chance companies with there care and concern for veterans and a good fair cost for auto and home insurance. Now I have been told because of my age and my car is three years old. I have had increases in cost way more than expected. I feel they only care about profit and not about the veteran. My driving record with no accidents or claims on our home, for over 40 years. This does not seem to matter to USAA.

They turn their backs on military and veterans more than any organization Im familiar with. The govt shutdown was the perfect incident for all military and veterans to see just where we stood with these guys!

Are you on drugs? The parts are in the contract.

You would never want your company to over pay and have to raise your rates, but paying over market value for labor FOR YOU is totally fine? They should tell you, what, every possible thing that could ever happen during a claim? So you could complain about how long it takes a file a claim...

What about your shop that knew USAA wasn’t approving their rate, took the estimate with the approved rate and then wiped its *** with it. They clearly don’t care who pays, but you jump on the insurance company because you can’t get everything you ever wanted.

I am having the exact issue you are having almost exact except my car was in 4 feet of flood water .my claim was submitted on 12-21-18 and hear it is the first week of march and iaa or iia who is supposed to pick the car up from the shop still has not done so i have sent the title in weeks ago. it took the sub contracted claims adjuster forever to come out just to take pics he came out Feb21 of this year when the claim i made was 12-21-18 and then took the guy another 4 days to get to the shop where they had it go to be taken apart to see how much damage was done by the water.

the guy deemed it a total loss that same day and here it is 2 weeks later no payment no nothing still paying insurance and was told the same as you about being back dated . let me also add that i did not get a rental until 2-21 so i went almost 2 months with no rental paying out of my own pocket. i now record every conversation i have with usaa because they cannot be trusted anymore. i've been a customer for 10 plus years and in the past 3 to 4 years they have really gone downhill.

I believe everything you are saying about your experience with USAA. I was a LOYAL member for 20 years with insurance and banking and had to leave.

The customer service representatives NEVER are on the same page. You will get a different answer from each one which resulted in a lot of confusion and frustration that was unnecessary.

Disgusted with USAA first they screwed us over on an accident. Had us get a quote to fix car, we get work done and they tell us after it went to underwriting we weren’t getting our original amount paid for after work was already done! New policy is when you call they transfer you to another person to get verified! They ask you all kinds of questions referring to a credit report! Some of the questions dated back over 10 plus years of vehicles owned! Some questions didn’t even refer to me or my spouse it was my in laws credit report! If you can’t answer they can’t look you up in the system. I have never had worse service before. To make it even worse we got a letter saying thank you for your service but we aren’t going to renew youI hope they lose more military customers! Switching to Geico! Will never be a USAA customer again

I had found out recently. My understanding in the year of 2014 of May that the banking products such as USAA Military Affiliate credit cards was not open to just to anyone to apply for the cards.

USAA sends out invitations to the affiliate groups by mail to invite the members of the group to apply for the credit cards. USAA does not accept business projection income on a personal credit applications. USAA has ways of checking the income. I never received any invites from USAA through any advertisements in 2014.

I was never affiliate with any group nor was I affiliate to the .U.S. Military. Never had anyone in the family who had a USAA membership. How I got the 2 affiliate cards was through USAA business partner seedcapital.com who are the one that got the 2 cards WWP and 82nd Airborn mastercard.

The personal credit application based on business projection income of $150,800.00 in the annual income. My income was S.S.I disability in the amount yearly $10,800.00 from Social Security. USAA unlawfully approved the application. For each of the card was a credit limit $12,000.00 and $15,000.00.

It seems that I was deceived by both parties.

I would like anyone thoughts on this subject. Thank You
