By far the most negative experience I have had with a company that states they pride themselves in taking care of our military families.I have been talked down to, not informed of anything, felt like a criminal, felt like I had committed a crime and was guilty until proven guilty. USAA has to be the worst company I have ever had. My vehicle was damaged and at first things started off great. My adjuster/manager Majorie Poppen gave me a call as soon as I put the claim in, made me feel like they were gonna take care of me and he even gave me his extension incase I needed anything. I have now been trying to get a hold of this man for over 3 weeks. Leaving several voice messages with a callback number and not a single call...

what if i have a bigger claim and try to screw me out of insuring my home and have lawyers get USAA off on a technicality. Run from this company. they disgrace all service members with their conning. i have never had a company make a big deal over a small claim and not accept verbal integrity of a claim which is all they will get anyway from the mechanic and me when its investigated. dont let your hard earned money be stolen from this low...
