Was in a no fault accident, rear-ended by some fool. USAA wants me to pay the deductable instead of getting it out of the other company....and, even if they do they are going to drop the value of the care 1000.00. USAA sucks. The most expensive Ponzi scheme going at the expense of the military.

*** active army faggit pulled out in front of me and I couldn't avoid him. Usaa trying to say I'm at 20% at fault as told by witness but doesn't match what he told police. Don't believe in believing police report and don't do a thorough investigation as no law gives the insurance companies the right to change fault or decides who they get to blame.

I am not insured with USAA, I have allstate! But an insured by USAA hit our parked car and USAA refused to fix all the damage. The car didnt have one scratch on it before it was hit. They only fixed the front end and i had pictures and did all the work fir them. Even got them several estimates. I would say that USAA is a bunch of lying criminals. And would not recommend anyone insuring with them!
