Don't blame your inability to understand any basic insurance concepts on USAA. Instead of having any personal accountability you blame everything on the company because they couldn't read your mind and, if this post is any indicator, you cannot communicate like a human being.

You are mad they want you to adhere to the policy you bought. You're mad you pay a deductible you selected?

Are you brain damaged? If you don't want to use YOUR coverage file through the other company.

Insurance is what you pay for and the policy you selected is what they're using. How dare they!

Same experience, had been a member for years. When situation arose with my son in an accident, customer service was horrible.

To boot they dropped our son from the insurance. Way to take care of those that serve.

After that we went to Navy Federal for banking and Farmers for insurance. Don’t believe the commercials that USAA plays, they are lies.

*** active army faggit pulled out in front of me and I couldn't avoid him. Usaa trying to say I'm at 20% at fault as told by witness but doesn't match what he told police. Don't believe in believing police report and don't do a thorough investigation as no law gives the insurance companies the right to change fault or decides who they get to blame.
