Funny I was hit by one of their insured (back into my car, and she was on the phone) now want me to be responsible for the incident, because I suppose to know she'll be backing up at 10+ MPH and I was standing still right behind her vehicle (When she backing out space)

The largest insurance companies have now moved to online claim processes. The use of photos and a detailed estimate is the standard resource for handling claims.
These companies are laying off field claim representatives by the thousands. Technology has taken over and they have no plans to slow down this practice. It is saving them millions of dollars.
In your case, I would bet the body shop's estimate included new parts or replacement of parts.
The insurance company only agreed to used parts and/or repair of damage, rather than full replacement. Again, now standard practice.
The reps aren't going to bend on this and they don't need to put a highly paid estimator into the field to see what a series of photos and a professional estimate will tell them.
This decision has nothing to do with your career or service.
It has everything to do with managing their costs.

USAA in Billings, Montana - Collateral Damage to Travel Trailer
This is standard practice. No insurance company owes any more than the actual cash value of the vehicle.
If the damages exceed the value or come within approximately 75% of the value, you'll only be entitled to the actual cash value.
Period.
It's referred to as a "total loss".

Insurance companies have a contract with their insured to defend and protect them. The law in every state protects them and allows them weeks and months to investigate and determine liability.
They will not accept liability until they have discussed with their insured and completed their full investigation.
Why haven't you involved your company that is contracted with you to protect and defend you? No matter the company, this is how it works.
If you don't have physical damage coverage on your truck, then you are out of luck. The only reason to carry liability only is if you don't care about the value of a vehicle.

Wrong. This mistake was on you for not verifying that the bank account was correct.
Computers control these days, and are not going to make a mistake. A person has to be in charge of correcting the computer, in advance.
