On May 9, 2012, I was robbed. The thieves stole my work equipment leaving me unable to work. When I called USAA promptly I was told they would deposit 1,500.00 into my non-USAA checking account so I could purchase new work tools. The representative told it would be...

USAA is a terrible organization that has no care for it's customers and their families. I recently went TDY for several weeks. Prior to my departure, I added a debit card for my wife (who is a foreign national new to this country). We also recently had our first...

:( USAA used to take pride in taking care of their customers-pretty much since their member expansion a few year ago-they could not care less! It is a shame-I\'m taking my bu...

When I was a part of a military type family, I was treated very well. My ex husband and I had a joint account and money flowed it every payday. Well when my ex decided to wipe the account clean and take all of the money and close it USAA did not inform me that I would...

I have been with usaa for a few years. I served in the air force. I can use my card anywhere in the U.S. without question, but when i make a payment no matter how large or small they put my card on hold to "verify" funds. It shouldn't take 7-10 days to determine if...

In October of 2010, my estranged husband broke into my home and tried to murder me to forgo the divorce and child support. Ironically, I was arrested for self-defense. Self-defense was proven in June 2011. During my 23 days in jail, He then hacked/altered my USAA...

USAA Authorizes $6000 Charge

On October 15 someone charged and USAA approved a $6000 charge to my account. Granted, given its a credit card account I'm not liable but that's not the point. They approved a $6000 charge yet about ten days earlier froze my account over three charges that totaled less $100. Go figure. The part though that aggravates me is I told them the charge was bogus on October 16 when I spotted it (it was a "pending" charge) and here it is the 24th and the $6000 is still showing as a charge. I'm being told I need to wait while the fraud department evaluates. Charge was made to an airplane salesman in Jay, Florida. Don't fly airplanes nor even own a pilot's license.
