I'm a 50+ year member and they have gone down the tubes. I can't take my business elsewhere fast enough.

They say that they mailed my mandatory withdrawal IRA check in the amount of almost $2500 dollars 8 months ago and I still haven't received it.

A supervisor that called me today actually had the temerity to call me a liar when I upbraided him for not doing any research into the matter. They have demonstrated to me gross incompetence.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

In the process of removing the many services I had under them.

Their prices aren't so good anymore and they are so bad these days with support that it's not worth the all-in-one one-stop-shop idea. IT's actually not worth it when the mistakes are frequent and their support is defensive and accusatory toward customers.
