USAA has hired top executives from Allstate, Nationwide and Liberty Mutual , companies that you wouldn’t let insure a roller skate. Same procedures and ideals have migrated over from these companies as ground breaking ideals.

USAA for some reason has over looked people within the company to carry on the USAA legacy. USAA Once a great company...

now we are another Allstate and Nationwide. Don’t think the premiums are worth it anymore.

No what you want is your way and not customer service. As for what you think people owe, kinda selfish of you.

No one owes you anything. Sorry but that self entitled attitude is something you wear very poorly. How about what YOU OWE? Per usual you a veteran expect that a job that you did volunteer for is going to get you some form of special treatment.

Be it people fawning over you all the way up to demanding you are given special discounts in retail stores above those that actually deserve it more then you. Where is the police/firefighter/EMT discount? Or the heart surgeon/brain surgeon discount? You must admit that those jobs have saved far more lives then you and continue to do so.

We do not see those people who work those jobs DEMANDING special treatment. Just saying YOU demand special treatment and point out what YOU think people owe. Yet YOU are the one who will be living off the backs of the same people you demand respect from as it’s the taxes they pay that is going to keep a roof over your head and food in your stomach. One *** of a double standard there buddy.

Make no mistake you get what you give.

If you want respect in any of its forms you have to give it as well. Not just rest on your past glories and deeds.

I'm still waiting for an apology from USAA for the rude AAI customer service and the appraiser intentionally totalling my truck and lying about it having a bent frame in order to get it above the market value of 10-12 thousand dollars (not book value).

Can not link usaa financial services to Quicken posted 11/22/16

I have been working with Quicken and Usaa for a month to get the one step update to work with financial services. The bank works but the brokerage area doesn't work. I have ticket numbers going back to 10/24 and nothing. Today I spent 4 hours with Quicken support and they found the problem but USAA support didn't want to help. Usaa gave me another ticket number telling me that the one from last month was for the wrong thing and I was waiting on hot air I guess. I got riled and demanded to talk to some one in a position to fix the problem. Nothing only me upset. If you are starting out find another company that will support you. These people can advertise for new customers but aren't interested in the ones they have. They are much to big for their management ability. TOM

Excuse me? You somehow believe your family's history of military service somehow entitles you to extra special treatment?

It's an insurance company and a bank. They are governed by the exact same entity and regulations as every other insurance company and bank in these United States.

If I have a credit card billing issue and you have the same issue, we will be treated equally and accordingly. If our activity is suspicious, it's suspicious.

There are specific rules required in these situations. It's very common for the consumer to be questioned when banking card fraud activity is on the table.

The bulk of your complaint comes across as "Do you know who we are? How dare you?" You won't get far with that.

It's obvious you've never had much dealings in a fraud department. If you think this is bad, just wait til you have a theft claim or suspicious fire on your insurance policy and the call in the special investigations unit.
