Worst customer service ever. We have been with them for over 30 years and have multiple accounts. When we had an auto accident, they were impossible to deal with. Then, without warning, they converted our statements to online so that we missed payments. When we noticed it, they wouldn't post payment on the weekend so that our cards were on hold until the following week AND they had already charged us interest and a fee! Spent hours with the various resolution people until I finally was given the name of mark who I have been trying to reach for 3 weeks without success. We only got response when we started cancelling our accounts with them. They forced us to be demanding to finally get any service. They could have resolved it with one phone call but had to be difficult.

Becoming more worthless by the day. Insurance rates have more than doubled in the last three years. You have to have an 800 to get a loan. They did their best to keep me in a secure credit card where my $1000 made $10 in two years. It was a major pain to get the money out to put it somewhere better. Then had to wait several days to see the money. Every thing you try to add make everything else worse. Excellent job on going from the best bank to Wells Fargo status.
