I have tried to settle my Dad’s estate since early October. I first tried walking in to talk to someone in person.

They directed me to a phone booth to call someone which got me no where. I’ve been calling and getting the run around for months. It is so frustrating! They are curtious but I just got passed around to at least 6 different departments and people.

When if I finally had someone looking into my case, he put me on hold and then I was hung up on. REALLY FRUSTRATING!! I was directed to a voicemail box which the person said it was full and then said to press 0 for his associate-again a hang up!! What’s up with USAA?

How can they claim great customer service when there is none! I’ve been a member for 40 years but am really thinking about going somewhere else that will be glad to take my money and service my claims.
