Stuart Parker is not available for complaints; USAA ripoff company
My car was legitly damaged by water/ flood damage and they refuse to acknowledge fixing or even totaling out my car. "Christina", claims adjuster assigned was NEVER physically available to speak over the phone to explain ANY decision on my claim.
To date, my car has been sitting in a car repair shop just to get fixed. Since May 5, 2017 (day of damage), car towed at Modern Autocrafters for repair, a USAA adjuster comes out with know tools or anything to run a diagnostic on my car and confirms "there was no physical water in the car or anywhere" so they dismiss my claim and ask for a thorough diagnostic which Modern Autocrafters performed and based off their diagnosis they confirmed there was water in the intake valve. Now, USAA wants another diagnostic done on the car. How could a car siting for 2.5 weeks show "water damage"?
What would they specifically be searching for? By definition, the chances of the car showing water damage would be slim to none! I've been on the phone for almost 4 days at 2hr durations. I've recorded every conversation to prove my case!
If anyone would like to form a class action lawsuit with me to get these *** out of business send me a response! Im so frustrated with USAA!!!!

How many CEO's of multi-billion dollar companies do you think would respond to such a trivial question? Ask for a different adjuster. Sounds like you have a poor case.
