They don't read complaints...they have billons in the bank to cover their Arses.Their IT dept needs an overhaul. If it ain't broke don't fix it. It for THEM not the customer. Board believes all the crap from IT dept t keep their jobs going.

Burocratic nightmare

Even a simple phone call takes 30 minutes Between frustrating sign in and numerous questions, they dont seem at all interested in the reason for your call or helping you. We are 50 year members and couldnt even find a place to file this complaint with them.

I am locked out of my USAA account

I am locked out of my USAA account and the USAA system message informed me that there is a 3-hour phone wait time. There is no way to access any of my credit, insurance, saving, or checking accounts. There are no available online chat channels that are available unless you can log on to your account. USAA is going down hill for the last four years. Time for me to find a new primary bank

Worst customer service ever

Most recently we received a robocall about suspected fraud. As with every time my elderly father calls in he gets a representative claiming to be protecting him by asking ridiculous questions he can't answer. Refused to connect call with their fraud department or supervisor. USAA not only has the rudest and most unhelpful customer service, their rewards are inferior to their competitors as well.

put on hold to take money out of checking for new account just started, waited 2 hrs hung up, call back next day told to wait 3 hrs, over time limit, will cancel after seeing views.

Can not talk to a real person without long waits, recorded messages and button pushing. Cancelled after over 50 years

No easy way to get answers without long drawn delays, virtual assistants, push buttons and waiting! Once you get a person they are helpful and actually embarrassed for the systems.

You need to turn this in to your insurance. Not for them to pay anything since you were not at fault, but for them to deal with the USAA adjuster. USAA will take advantage if they think they are only dealing with you.

I didnt use a flight on 1/28/22, I got this ticket via cheapoair, every time I call them they refuse to refund the money for a ticket I didnt use, they want the airline to refund the money, the airline LATAM, said they didnt sell me the ticket, so I really payed to cheapoair, XORCPG 1/28/22, i dont know what to do anymore, in this crazy times I dont have money to give away to cheapoair, Im a hard worker and I live check to check,

Awful customer service very rude adjuster

I am livid with this company. I had to call a supervisor because I was being treated like my storm damage was nothing when my roof caved in and most of my house and a lot of my belongings was damaged by the storm.
