Nobody available to speak to because it's not normal business hours. Why is there no one available for something like this 24/7

Can't log into account. Told me it was locked for security reasons . No ody available to speak to on phone.

I don't have a complaint , infact the opposite. I want to say thank you to your team . They are so helpful and were amazing. Donna Carpenter and Ms Donovan . I was hit by car in January and I am dealing with surgery after surgery . They are so amazing thank you so much KerriReed

USAA is not sending our PIP checks and settlement check and it is thring to blame it on the USPS

USAA is not the company you see on TV we have to take them to court 2 times now in order to get them to pay as in my policy states in Michigan we have unlimited medical personl injury protection they stall and stall and really are not the company protracted on the TV a actors , if you are a USAA client and get in a bad accident you better get a very good attorney !

They cheat their members

Had a claim for a water issue which we claimed,r they destroyed our things and stole our property. They paid some but didn't get the home fixed as stated in our policy. They tried to nickel and dime us and very poor customer service and we had been members for 44 years. They are criminals and should be run out of the insurance business. I have read the reviews and believe these other folks because what they said happened to us as well. Folks run away from this criminal enterprises and shut them down.

Homeowners claim denied

After submitting a comprehensive claim I was denied. Actually I was denied when I submitted my claim from the outset.

It only got worse as I went through their appeal process. At no time was there any attempt to view my claim with either an open mind or honesty.

I have all my insurance with USAA. After 52 years without so much as a late payment, they have denied my homeowner's claim for a busted pipe between the walls. Five different excuses for not paying a claim. Rude responses to my claim from most department specialists and a concerted and coordinated effort to avoid any responsibility. I would advise anyone considering doing business with USAA to run far and fast.

I don't have a pin no. Asked to speak to a supervisor was told l couldn't because l didn't have a pin no.so i can't pay my bill.what nonsense.you verified who l was still couldn't pay bill.

Poor customer service rude reps

I have been trying to resolve a claim on behalf of my deceased mother and have been totally disregarded and when I call to check the status of her claim I am continuously told I have not had the chance to review the claim yet by the adjuster. Each representative I have spoken with has been rude and has no sympathy for what I am experiencing every day dealing with the loss of my mother. So to be constantly reminded every day because all I want to do is close this case out fairly and rightfully so that I can be at peace they hang up which causes more grief and anxiety so I will just file a AG complaint against the company and the workers for the stress and unjust.

Not getting good services

On July 16, i spoke with someone to get my car towed to crestmount caddillace in beachwood ohio which the spoke with crestmont but i having prombaly with ussa because they made arrangement for me to get a rentanl car which it were taking care of but i get phone call stated for me to return car back to enterprise in parma ohio on brookpak rd. ussa say they having promble with where my car is getting fix and entererprise keep call me to return car also the said they were going call the police and said i stole the car becsue they said ussa is not going to pay for the rentanl. oh well i had the crsetmont caddilace reach out to enterprise and ussa, i also went up to the caddilace place to see what going i am not treat fair by these three company. i spoke op madeline Givaught this evening and she stated i might have to pay for the rentanl car which my car is not fix yet. but i will return this car back in the morning sometime soon. i sent some paper work address to Madeline and ask that that return it back to me but i have not got it back yet. my claim number is 041517303-012 also i sent in photos and police report number i have not heard any thing beside i am catching *** from the se three companys. a customer should not have to be treat like like this can someone please straight this and let me know what going on with my claim. Cannot get through

I have been with USAA since 1963 and I am so unhappy with the company now. USAA used to be so good and had gone downhill in recent years. All I can presume is that it got too big for its britches. Maybe this started after it opened up having more people/enlisted join. It is hard to get through to anyone anytime that I call. USAA had made multiple mistakes with my credit cards and other mistakes. I have been on hold for hours and that is not unusual. It cannot be blamed on the covid 19. My husband died a hero and I am sure that he is turning over in his grave.

User's recommendation: Unfortunately USAA has gone downhill in the years since we first got with the company. Our first year was 1963. Now, my credit cards have been messed up, couldn’t get an adjuster after car wreck or after tornado took roof. etc. It was ridiculous so be sure to compare.

I was hit by a swerving pickup truck, while I was stopped at a stop sign. This was confirmed by the police report. USAA refused to pay for the damages to my car. Corrupt Company.
