Notice email non-payment on our auto and rental insurance account

Need to wait til tomorrow to call and speak to customer service. I'm not very computer literate

Our policy payments are set up as automatic withdrawal from Jose Valdez's bank account ending in 2790 monthly. I will call by phone tomorrow to try to solve the problem. He recently put my name on his checking account also. I'm Linda Valdez, his wife. That may be the reason for the non-payment this month

Driver tracking

I advised the agent that I did not like the procedure and my privacy was more important then the discount . He understood and took it off our policy. Great customer service.

Insurance premiums

Hi- I did not realize I was calling a line for "pissed customer service". I thought I was just calling about my premiums. The customer service was polite and courteous as usual. I have no complaints about USAA and their service! Loyal customer here!

Automatic Withdrawal

USAA handled my issue with my account quickly and professionally. The only complaint I have with USAA is that they would even consider, much less hire a company with your inappropriate and unprofessional name. Society has run amuck and your CEO has bought into using vulgar language to capture attention to name his business. Rename your company with a name that imparts integrity instead of nastiness.

Homeowners insurance

No complaint. The service has always been excellent. The rates may not be lowest, but when I've needed to file a claim, they've been there quickly and responsively.

User's recommendation: If you're active duty, a veteran, or a dependent, USAA should be your first stop to check for insurance.

My parents were members, my husband and I have been with usaa for many years. We appreciate your service and have no complaints about that. BUT we are seriously considering finding another insurance company because of the horrible actions taken by the state to severely restrict access to abortion services in Texas. Business leaders in Texas must stand up for women and stand up to those bullies trying to turn the clock back. Sincerely, Barbara and Kevin Wyatt

I love the company, but will not be renewing my policy. I served in both the USAF and the US Army. I will not allow my money to be used to pay a propaganda. Stop advertising with FOX, or I am gone. What Carlson said about General Milley is a DISGRACE

Auto insurance

I'm not sure of the young lady's name but she was very helpful in my issue was resolved. I think that you should find out who the young lady was that helped me and you should give her knee brace. She was very proper, very nice, very friendly, and very helpful. We need more people like her in the workplace.

Even tho I've been eligible to take advantage of USAA's services since 1983, I didn't become a customer till 2002 when I purchased personal injury and liability protection insurance for my vehicle. Since then I've increased my auto ins to include all the bells and whistles, added renter's insurance, purchased coverage for some jewelry and protected my firearms as well. A few years ago someone was driving with their phone and ran me off the road into a utility pole. USAA was Johnny on the spot! I wanted for nothing. I didn't have to do anything. My company took care of my every need and, since the car was a total loss, called me several times to check my well-being and remind me of benefits available thru my insurance. I've been a consumer of several different insurance products and NO ONE else does that! They're all happiest when you are the only one forking out the cash. If and when other ins cos cold call me, as soon as I tell them that I'm a USAA member they thank me for my time and hang up lol! For all this I pay the gigantic sum of... less than 65 bucks a month! Awesome. On a side note, my brother and his family use USAA for ALL their monetary and financial needs including banking.
