Insurance

The increase in my insurance. Bought a used car and paying more in insurance. It is not a fast or flashy!

Debit card

Don't know the persons name maybe Megan anyhow she quickly got my debit card fixed! Only took me about a freaking 45 mins+ to get through 1st I used to be able to look up the # and customer service # would come up and jad to go through your recordings which are annoying, but why can't your recording after the list of numbers to punch, just say anything else we will connect to to a rep, and ask if its about bebet, credit or something else and connect you to a representative and be done with the need more info etc I end up screaming REPRESNTATIVE!! about 3 or 4 times befor she connects me this is not good customer service, it is Customer agitation. Oh and when you first call you have to write what you want in detail then it says someone will get in touch in 3 to 4 business days Meanwhile I'm sitting in my car cant get gas, can't buy my groceries UHGGG! can you tell I'm a ( as your online says) pissed off that I need to go through all this to speak to someone when something goes wrong g or whatever is the case. I do not have a branch bank in my area to just stop by and get in person assistance.

Insurance premiums.

When USAA decided to credit our accounts because of COVID, I told my self what a company. They really care. Until around Aug after the last decrease on monthly payment. I find out that premiums were increased by $20.00!! So now Im very disappointed in USAA because you temporarily gave us a discount only to take it away. Also COVID has gotten worse. I hear that premiums are going down because fewer accidents. Yet I dont see anything from USAA giving us a discount preferably without taking it back.

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing

So irritated with USAA. I told them to pull my auto insurance bill from my credit card and not my checking account, but they did anyways resulting in a NSF fee. I called them up and thankfully they reversed the charge but even after they received the credit card payment I scheduled they tried to pull it from my checking account a second time resulting in NSF! Now customer service refused to connect me with a supervisor and then hung up on me! I am seriously thinking about CANCELLING all my account through them. I have been with them for 6 years and so tired of the run-around.

It took a number of phone calls with numerous representatives but I was able to finally have someone help me. They mailed me a check for the full amount. They put me in touch with a specific person who followed up with me until the issue was resolved.

Card declined said invalid pin even though I used it earlier in the day

Get the word out

I tried to pay bill as have for 8 years, notice must electronic sig a letter which is normal for banking, electronic letter does not work - said USAA system is down try later or call # which does not work from outside USA. After CHAT - no help Now here is real mess must send in copy of letter with sig and might process in 48 hours? Now I miss my payment and my great user friendly USAA will not unblock my account even though I have 8 years doing business and no problems...just shut down my account locked it tight. So The answer is USAA is "no different" and our active duty has to suffer also? USAA did not have to shut down account, at lease allow a 72 hour window - this is so heartless to the spouses and dependents...USAA should be ashamed and pay our penalties - yes! and a letter of SORRY!I I

Tracking number?

Need a replacement debit card. Need a correct tracking# USAA blocked my other card 2 two weeks before expiration date, 31 march 2020. Now I'm stranded in Latin america without funds and transportation out of here! U self made sobs!

After four days I finally got through to the USAA Bank loan department. After three agents I was put on hold for forty minutes and finally gave up! I have been a member for over 50 years and the service has never been worse.You can't even ask a general question without going through their new security program. You now need a password, PIN and security number. I am disappointed in a company that no longer cares about its clients and foolishly makes it too hard to do business with. This is not the company I was proud to be a member of. Instead, this is an example of a lack of responsive leadership. USAA should be ashamed of its poor performance!

Cannot speak to anyone without a PIN number to input !!!!!

Was inputting an auto claim to which was short stopped by their system when trying to edit it due to "technical difficulties". I then attempted to contact the 800 number for assistance. But since I do not know what my PIN number is I have been unable to speak to anyone since there is no alternative to not having your PIN number. No help at all, since all the available phone numbers begin with the same request to input your PIN number.
