Customer service was extremely helpful but it took me forever to get to a live person and that is totally unsatisfactory Have a better phone service to get to a live person quickly

Very dissatisfaction because they didn't take in consideration my problem or issue now I can't get my vehicle inspection because of there policy of not identifying me

Recent Customer Service
I had a minor claim when my Bike Rack hit my garage door and bent it in 2020. I just found out that USAA reported it as an accident the CA DMV which caused me a Point whic I turn allowed USAA to hike my premiums. When I researched it I could only find resources that that said insurance companies do NOT report it DMVs. Bewildered and Disappointed.
