I was trying to login they dont except my ID and also my numbers dont except my Social Security number to me everything is invalid somebodys obviously got access to my account and it isnt me Somehow allow an option to talk to somebody that answers the phone I got all the way to the next available agent will call you in a hung the phone up on me not once not twice three times Apple times five times Im a little bit upset

The vast majority of customer service agents are great. They are helpful, knowing that alot of what they experience with frustrated account holders like myself is not their fault. Many times I have had to apologize, and tell them I am sorry for venting my frustration...

My account is saying Im locked out and i need in ASAP its Christmas i have a kid and bills to pay. I dont understand why you guys have to put us on a 3 hour hold but dont have a 24/7 online person to talk to . It doesnt make Sense To me

USAA - Horrible service
I had issues with my insurance policy they refused to take payment until after they cancelled my policy and then wanted me to pay them but had refused payment for 8 weeks prior to cancellation ! They had me calling 10 times a day on hold for hours and never got anything done they literally switched me from person to person for weeks and weeks with no help no response , just ignorant people giving the same old story and hence since forth now they put holds on any deposits I put in even a damn 25.00 money order so I have opened another account locally and not depositing any money in this acct any longer !

I'm so angry with USAA

I have been with them 27 years. The phone hold times are horrific. You verify on the phone and you get an agent that doesn't know anything and says" I'm sending you an email for verification"...my response.. "My email is not up right now"... Let me send you to someone who can authenticate you: AFTER a 1/2 hold time at 7:00am in the morning? I hang up. They are hard to contact anyone to talk about a complaint. THEY dictate when they will call YOU BAD customer service. I did a scheduled bill pay for the 15th of the month month ago, still in scheduled transactions...called yesterday "It went out on the 8th"...vendor did not receive...website...does not show completed...still in schedule transaction? My reputation is on the line here. I do not feel safe with my money in USAA!!!!!! Am pulling out and putting in a reputable bank. USAA is NOT the same bank I signed up with long long ago. My parents were in 50 years and they are rolling in their graves. My sister is pulling out of USAA too. In speaking with agents and CEO's office THEY DON'T CARE IF I PULL MY MONEY OUT WHICH IS ALOT!!! Their website is so screwed up it's not funny and again the hold times are outrageous.

Nothing has happened. USAA does not care. website it hard to navigate now was great before they changed it to suit them not customer..agents were blind sided.They canceded secure scan check to at home deposit...not trying to force people on an insure wireless check deposit...awful.Today 10-15-21 called 6 times cannot get a hold of customer service 40 minute wait time.Web bill pay not due when supposed to becalled 6 times today, 1-agent sounded like he just got out of bed...but asked for bill pay, phone confirmed transferred me 2x to credit card.complaints do not make a difference, not thing changes things get worse

Roadside assistance sucks@

I contacted USAA because my transmission was not shifting. I ordered a tow online, scheduled for the next day. I kept getting the run around, but finally, they said they'd get it in the afternoon and to leave it outside. I pushed it out, straining because I'm a 100% percent disabled Vet. They never got it, now it's the weekend and it's raining on my 1969 MG! I cannot get it undercover. I'm so mad, the car will have to sit until my mechanic can take it on Monday. Just arrange your own tow and get reimbursed.

Unable to contact USAA Banking

Unable to contact USAA Banking to get info on a new checking account. NO EMAIL at all only a 1-80*-531-**** number for everything.I quit after holding for 35 minutes. Web site has a contact page but ALL topics take you back in a loop to where you started. We have been insurance customers for years but will switch if I cannot get basic info for their bankng products BEFORE I open an account. Our insurance agent was useless in helping.

Over 1 hour customer service wait time

Been a member for over 35 years. USAA has gone from the best to worst in the banking and insurance industry! Members are leaving by the 100s because of poor service and USAA continues to cut service to keep up. It's like bailing out a sinking ship without plugging the leak Website had been down at least 4 days. Tried to call for status and the customer service wait time is over 1 hour.

Repeated terrible website and service experiences

Usaa used to be the good standard in service but has been making changes to the site and app that are broken and confusing. Like wiping out auto payments, not notifying customers, charging late fees, long hold times, no way to complain online, and more. Sad to see this downward trend of a former good company.

They have completely dropped any semblance of customer service

USAA used to be among the best in customer service. Then, maybe 20 years ago they must have fired most of the customer service employees and bought some of those telephone tag machines leaving you without any ability to talk even if you are able to wait up to two hours for a human voice. Recently I waited about 3 hours.

Hail damage with leaks on tile roof.

We have an expensive tile roof which is covered under our home owners insurance. Due to the high cost to replace, USAA is declining our claim even after independent engineering report says there is hail damage. We have been with USAA for 22 years. The company's motto should be changed to we are not there for you. PS every roof in our neighborhood has been replaced.
