Horrible service to members, treat you like a criminal after 1 claim for hit and run totaling $3400 and could care less if been member for 20 years, but will take your premiums. Not the same company it was when I joined in Army.

I give up! It isn't worth getting upset about any longer.
The claims people are a bunch of discourteous, unhelpful people and are immovable in their disdain for members. I'm moving on and, when it becomes possible, moving my insurance after 46 years of formerly...
