USAA has got to be the worst company to try to get a mortgage loan through. They kept coming back asking for more, then More, then MORE documentation, even though I sent them what they asked for right away, they kept coming up with other documentation they needed, and they lost almost everything I had already given to them because they even kept asking for documents I had already provided to them. Their customer service is horrible too and the people you talk with on the phone don't know what they are doing. My advice is, go with another mortgage loan company because USAA is BROKEN!
