Horrible service to members, treat you like a criminal after 1 claim for hit and run totaling $3400 and could care less if been member for 20 years, but will take your premiums. Not the same company it was when I joined in Army.

Those letters you showed us ARE the acknowledgement.

The status letter they sent you (twice) is why they have more than 45 days. I bet you did something extra dumb for your claim to take that long.

All My insurance after 24 years ....never missed any payments ever... credit card number stolen and account on auto pay. Dealing with disputes and so many issues to resolve... USAA never once personally called to ask for new card info. Cancelled me!! And now issued new/same policy 150% more... in less than 20 days. Not the same and looking for local personal alternatives who actually know me and care and take the time to call. Everyone busy with life ... they forgot who the customer is.

So my son 22 has had 2 speeding tickets in 3 years 1-2018 and 3-2019. And one backing accident 2-18 w no0 payouts ( we handled). In 1-2019 the brakes failed on his car and it was totaled but USAA did agree w their certified mechanic that this was a manufacturing issue...

Typical USAA. USAA will not insure me and my wife auto or home because our son is a convicted felon and lives in the same area as we do.

He has a good job is married and has a son and has been out of prison for about 10 years. My wife and I have no tickets for years and are both senior citizens.

USAA is just another insurance company and your military background means nothing to them. You should try Progressive or GEICO.

Update to this post. My fraud report stated the fraudulent activity (my plane ticket) was 2224.28.

My PENDING charge was 2233.73. AND GUESS WHAT!? When the charge went through I was charged 2248.60!!! Does no one see that they are literally skimming off the top?

Stealing money from people. This is a disgrace. We are in the process of moving our money. EVRERYTHING.

This bank steals money.

I have he receipt from the airline. My bank charged me completely different than how he airline charged me.

Had that issue too. They wouldn't even let me pay more a month to have REAL coverage.

Used to be it just covered the cost.

now it covers a maximum of $20 a day? What's this insurance for anyway?
