USAA - Boo Vicimized twice

Getting hacked is obviously part of the twenty first century pick pocketing basically. However USAA will leave you feeling victimized by hacker while commercials run on reel between USAA representatives that make you feel victimized twice.

USAA - FR19 not delivered timely - Cant drive my car now

USAA accidentally canceled by car insurance when we sold another vehicle, the state thinks I don't have insurance even though USAA told me they caught the error and fixed it immediately. 4 months later my registration and tags are canceled by the state. Every month I told USAA we had a problem and the state was not receiving the FR19, they did not seem to sense the need for a timely resolution to the problem. There was no way to speak with a manager. Its very disappointing they would put my family at risk for driving in violation. I've only had issue on the auto side of their business. The home side is fine.

I have been a member for some time now. Have both checking and savings. At one time I had there auto insurance but found substantially cheaper insurance elsewhere. I have good credit, never missed a beat, but I cam never get approved for any type of loan with them. Numerous times I have to go elsewhere for my business. I'm debating on just taking ny accounts elsewhere, where they value my business.

USAA - The Claims department is horrible

The company stated that they wrote a check for a certain amount which is the same amount on the estimate. They deposited half of the amount and did not communicate to me about it. When I try to resolve the issue, I was transfer around the claim department 5x and still was not transferred to the right department. My other part of the check was supposed to be mailed to the same bank account and they mailed to another account. they stated the re-mailed another check and my bank have not received it as of today August 2019. There was so many problem associated with the claim, I would be here all day talking about it. this is the worst claim experience I ever had.
