Canceled policy with out sending a bill.

I was sent a cancellation notice. I did not receive a bill just a notice saying I was canceled. This was sent on Saturday and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone to pay my bill.

They admitted there was a fraudulent charge on our credit card in a European city - where we were charged twice at 2 different rates for 1 Iris Hotel room. After "Mat" at CEO Services admitted this and said he would look into it further, he called back a day later to say they would do nothing more.

So someone above him told him to do no more. In other words, we were responsible for both the legitimate and the fraudulent charge. We've now completely pulled our savings out of their bank, and are looking for new insurers.

We've been with them for over 40 years, so we aren't making this decision lightly. So sorry to see such a great company turn so bad.

I had no info about this accident that u decided was my fault without even speaking to me I had to get all the info from records at the police station because I was not given any paperwork and its my brand new car thats totaled and I also have an appointment tomorrow afternoon for my lower back this accident was not my fault and I will get a lawyer if need be So if you would like to hear what happened again feel free to call me 907-521-**** and when I have the paperwork from the doctor I will send it right over thank you
