USAA is no longer the "best bank in America.

They keep changing the yardstick for their premium customers and continuously remove services previously available. They send these automated "screw you" letters with new and unreasonable restrictions on my accounts. Stuart, we have lots of other, better options for banking.

I used to be a happy USAA customer..

I've been disrespected by USAA 5 times in the last 5 years. After 34 years as a customer, I'm seriously considering a change in my banking relationship. Ever since the bank started to pander to the masses instead of caring for the families of their original military families, they suck. It ain't the USAA of old.. they have become the Bank of NO.
