USAA - FR19 not delivered timely - Cant drive my car now

USAA accidentally canceled by car insurance when we sold another vehicle, the state thinks I don't have insurance even though USAA told me they caught the error and fixed it immediately. 4 months later my registration and tags are canceled by the state. Every month I told USAA we had a problem and the state was not receiving the FR19, they did not seem to sense the need for a timely resolution to the problem. There was no way to speak with a manager. Its very disappointing they would put my family at risk for driving in violation. I've only had issue on the auto side of their business. The home side is fine.

I have been a member for some time now. Have both checking and savings. At one time I had there auto insurance but found substantially cheaper insurance elsewhere. I have good credit, never missed a beat, but I cam never get approved for any type of loan with them. Numerous times I have to go elsewhere for my business. I'm debating on just taking ny accounts elsewhere, where they value my business.

USAA - The Claims department is horrible

The company stated that they wrote a check for a certain amount which is the same amount on the estimate. They deposited half of the amount and did not communicate to me about it. When I try to resolve the issue, I was transfer around the claim department 5x and still was not transferred to the right department. My other part of the check was supposed to be mailed to the same bank account and they mailed to another account. they stated the re-mailed another check and my bank have not received it as of today August 2019. There was so many problem associated with the claim, I would be here all day talking about it. this is the worst claim experience I ever had.

All My insurance after 24 years ....never missed any payments ever... credit card number stolen and account on auto pay. Dealing with disputes and so many issues to resolve... USAA never once personally called to ask for new card info. Cancelled me!! And now issued new/same policy 150% more... in less than 20 days. Not the same and looking for local personal alternatives who actually know me and care and take the time to call. Everyone busy with life ... they forgot who the customer is.

I have tried to contact corporate and you can never get a hold of them. They let the rude employees make mistakes and then it is the customers fault even when you have proof in writing. I hate this bank. They treat the military and families like crap.

"Sticks and stones etc...." All of the blog information we post here is very meaningful, but achieves zero. We need to start filing BB complaints, or if anyone can suggest a better avenue, please do. We're gettting nowhere at this time.
