This company is the worst. Have been a customer for 8 years. never left a balance on the Visa card. Started charging interest on account before due date. Carried a balance of $92.00. Made a purchase middle of the month $3200.00. They charged$ 31.00. Interest Didnt even get the current bill .would not credit the $31.00. How is it fair to a Vietnam Veteran or anyone else Ill be closing this account and any other..

Problem persists with no reaction from USAA despite my calls, faxes and emails.

Moved a vehicle coveage from one policy to another after cancelling one. Bills keep coming for the first policy with no recognition of the policy change.

Recent Customer Service

I had a minor claim when my Bike Rack hit my garage door and bent it in 2020. I just found out that USAA reported it as an accident the CA DMV which caused me a Point whic I turn allowed USAA to hike my premiums. When I researched it I could only find resources that that said insurance companies do NOT report it DMVs. Bewildered and Disappointed.

Add vehicle to insurance

We have been with USAA for 37 years and over the last couple of years the quality and availability of services has dropped off drastically. Customer service agents are no longer available 24/7. and if they are, it's because we went to the Internet and found 7 different telephone numbers to call in hopes of finding an agent to help us with adding a vehicle to our insurance. And the irony is they can't even insure our new scooter. They've outsourced some vehicle insurance as well. Think it's time to find a new company to work with in the future.D
