Had a pipe break due to a power outage which flooded our home. All of this was covered by our USAA insurance, but USAA is trying to ignore us...

Thanks for sharing! We've had usaa for 9 years and every single time we call them, it seems as if their policies has changed; then they blame the states policy when they don't fess up to their own b.s.

I told them, we're going to progressive insurance.

A supervisor calls about 4 hours later to keep our business. We listened, but we've made up our minds because of how we've been treated and we're absolutely done with their ***

To have my car towed I lost my key

My vehicle is parked and I need it to be Towed to my place of residence because I lost the key. So if I can get it towed in a reasonable amount of time it would be greatly appreciated.

Lousy customer service

I was gonna join USAA, but my roommate has been on phone for 6 straight days trying to fix problem and you guys keep hanging up on her. Jeez, you guys have TERRIBLE customer service. Glad I am not joining your business.

Cant access my funds

I have benr a member of USAA for 13 years and have always sang their praises until.Feb of this year. Somebody hacked my email.and since then because my account is connected to that I have not been able to be verified ?!. I have tried EVERYTHING answered all their security questions etc and still nothing .have been Spoken to like.never before I really cant belief this is happening I rely on my dida ilityDo not join

Unauthorized amount withdrawn from my account

I called USAA to make my monthly credit card payment . I authorized a $200.00 payment. After checking my bank statement 2 days later I realized usaa took out $1,800.00 dollars. I called usaa and they said they would submitt a ticket to have a reversal done to my account. But it would take 10 business day. I waited from 4/2 until 4/19 when I had to call them again and explain all over again. They submitted another ticket. After getting no where I asked to speak to corporate office. 4/20 a Robin called to inform me a check would be issued for $1600.00 and would take 7 to 10 business days .Not exceptable my mortgage is due on the 1st. They just don't care how they handle peoples money. I m getting screwed.

Immediate credit back to my account. They can take Immediatly so why can't they put it back the same way. Now my mortgage will be late and credit ruined. And alot of other bills late. Again credit tarnished. Poor customer relations

Worst company ever; please be careful and review your car and homeowners insurance. They charge enlisted personnel more that what they charge to officers. Look for the class action against them. For cancellation of your insurance please call 180********. They will try to keep you on the phone for ever. Dont let them do it; any other insurance is better geico insured me for 1/3 of what I was paying to USAA adding more coverage my homeowners insurance was $1300 when I was married to an officer. I am a SSgt. We divorced and they changed it to almost $4000, all within 1.5 years while I was gone on orders

Outside of hurricane Laura and Delta I recently got into an accident. Call USAA. Called my car salesman trying to get minor damages taken care of. He pulled strings got me in USAA sent email estimates

My dealership informed me after all was said and done and they told me" SORRY BUT WE CAN'T FIX YOUR CAR BECAUSE USAA HAS LONG HISTORY OF NON PAYMENT"

My new car Dealership refused to fix car because USAA HAD A BAD RAP FOR NON PAYMENT

My car was involved in an accident and I called my salesman to see if he could help me get my brand new car in earlier than the 5 months waiting period he did. My carrier USAA sent them the service ok and amount agreed. When I called them the next 4 days later. They stated WE DON'T TAKE USAA DUE TO NONE PAYMENT.

Over-charged two concurrent months

USAA Last year, and again this year, automatically took my registered car out of non-op that has been in non-op for 4 years and automatically put it on Full coverage and charged me full coverage. March I caught it and a USAA agent corrected the policy. April, again I was billed more than the previous month and at full coverage;! Wow, caught it and took 30 minutes for another agent to correct. It was a SLICK move. They did the same March of 2020 during policy renewal saying the 'machine' does it automatically...Must keep an eye on USAA. (I am a disabled Vet July 1966.)

Automated log on not working!

Problem with system recognizing my log on ID... when the ID is sent to me by text message and I enter my password it tell me it does not recognize the ID... then I am in an endless automated circle with no chance of speaking to an agent. I have been with USAA for over 50 years. This is very poor service!

Not getting what we deserve from auto accident

My daughter was rear ended. USAA is the insurance company of the woman that hit us. They have been jerking us around. We expect to get enough money to go out and buy the same car, nothing more. Stupid fees that we have to have deducted from our settlement. Even our Insurance guy (from Country Insurance) says its not right. Its been 13 days since accident - no money. They are actually offering us less money today than they did earlier in the week. Made us return our rental car on Monday. So we have been down a car for 4 days with no end in sight. Horrible customer service!

I don’t know if you already fixed this, but I am in the exact same situation. They are going to ask you to go to https://www.usaa.com/idproof and upload copies of the front and back of your license/id for review most likely.

Do not just wait for them. Call back about 2-3 hours after uploading and confirm they received it.

In my case the system glitched and they claim it was never uploaded. Make them confirm!

USAA has changed for the worse.

Not sure this is relevant to the new CEO or not but I agree with the overall sentiment...USAA has changed drastically over past couple months and it indeed SUCKS!! I cannot transfer funds from one of my accounts to another and yes funds are available. Cant get anyone on phone as CS is skeletal on weekends now. Waits of 25min plus so get in line waiting for call back three times now only to get that call from a generic BOT telling me they are unable to complete call back process. I will be leaving USAA for a local credit union as it seems ISAA is on board with the rest of the banking and corporate world....customers are treated only as workers and consumers nothing more.
