Had a pipe break due to a power outage which flooded our home. All of this was covered by our USAA insurance, but USAA is trying to ignore us...

Sorry to hear brother as a past USAA member, as adisabled older veteran. It’s all the banks agenda!

See the big banks CEO’s etc, resignations during ups and downs like 2008-9 crash and during Trumps presidency, others in the past. Most recently in the past year! And just follow the money. Every Business like Wally World!, Amazon, etc.

They resign(runaway) b4 with there wealth and guaranteed bonuses, when things like the economy change, lije before it crashes, corrects, stock market, “covid”, pandemics, war and so on excuses... all BS and history repeats itself! God bless brother and thank you for your service if it’s appropriate now?...Lita if documents, documentaries, books on this subject. Peace and blessings for you and all affected by this agenda.

Just don’t use them and buy from them?

They have completely dropped any semblance of customer service

USAA used to be among the best in customer service. Then, maybe 20 years ago they must have fired most of the customer service employees and bought some of those telephone tag machines leaving you without any ability to talk even if you are able to wait up to two hours for a human voice. Recently I waited about 3 hours.

I was told that my debit card had been compromised so I ordered a new card and when use it a CVS my account was locked now I have no way to pay bills or buy or buy food what

According to bank my debit card was compromised when I got new card in mail when I tried to activate it all my access is locked

Insurance denial

Underwriters declared me a felon. The prosecutors and judges sent letters stating I am not a felon and all misdemeanor cases are closed or satisfied by the courts. Underwriters cant give me a legitimate reason for denial. Sounds like discrimination when I know personally felon vets are insured by USAA and underwriters.

Hail damage with leaks on tile roof.

We have an expensive tile roof which is covered under our home owners insurance. Due to the high cost to replace, USAA is declining our claim even after independent engineering report says there is hail damage. We have been with USAA for 22 years. The company's motto should be changed to we are not there for you. PS every roof in our neighborhood has been replaced.

Difficulty in signing in to my account

I went of line and tried to log-in to my account several days ago and was locked out of my account, because I made an error in input of my temporary pass word. I called USAA, but you system is only geared to respond to questions, none of which resolved my problem. In previous similar instances, I was given the option to enter a temporary PW given my USAA, to sign in and establish a new PW, and the problem was resolved, but you have now made getting a new PW very difficult by only having one solution, GO TO THE internet INTERTNET. I need help h not acceptable

Credit Card Transactions

I seem to always have issues using my USAA credit card online. I am trying to buy baggage services for a flight on a known repuable site and the card get denied by the website. The charge is pending in USAA. Usually that means they will call me when they get around to it to authorize the charge and then I will have to go back and re-purchase the service. This happens quite often and they want me to call them but I live in Italy and it is expensive to constantly call them to make phone calls for purchases. Also the wait times are insane at an international rate. Seriously considering giving up on USAA, it is not what it once was. a purchase.

Horrible insurance customer service

My condo flooded, I am not able to live in my home and my husband is deployed, yet USAA does not have my back. My adjuster hasn't spoken with me the in more than a week, yet I have very thoroughly detailed everything they need to make decisions about my claim. I have been hung up on my their customer service agents because they didn't know how to or want to help me. I am extremely stressed out and this makes my situation even worse.

Not Authorized nor given permission to charge my account... again

I received a email today stating that you would be taking money from my account for a bill that was paid in June. I am writing this email to inform you that you don't have permission to take any money from my account since you already took it for one and then this is 2 months later that your trying it again. My lawyer and bank have already been contacted so if my acct is tampered with come tomorrow you will be hearing from my lawyer. Thank you!

Terrible service

None of the representatives are consistent when they r trying to verify who u r. 52 minutes, 1st person blindly transferred me. 2nd person had me on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. 30 minutes , I have no idea whos account the rep was reading to me, got disconnected. No return phone call. I have spent 2 hours on the phone for my issue and have gotten NO WHERE. USSA is only goid if u have NO issues

Fix my electronic payment issue

No one answered my email.

Not good with computers, I asked for someone to call me about getting both home and auto insurance, but no one called. It made me wary about using a company that doesn't answer me. I am the widow of a 100% service-connected Navy man, He died in 1979. Because of the way he died, I carry an active military-dependent's ID. I feel I am qualified for USAA insurance, but no one answered me.
