USAA - Not worth it

I wanted an auto, home and umbrella quote. My mother in law also wanted an auto and home quote. We were transferred (4) times and the call was dropped 1 x. Nothing like having to repeat yourself 5 x to give them your business. No thanks! Hung up when the rep said he couldn't do a conference call with my mother in law on the phone. Not worth it! If this is the way they sell insurance I bet a claim would be even more fun!

Sad USAA was great for so long - terrible now

Hi, I have been a loyal USAA customer for 30 years. In the last few years, it has been dreadful - I am currently on hold for over 40 min. with a billing issue charging me twice this one month. Getting a notice that if I do pay the 2nd payment I could lose my insurance. I have already paid on 7/11/2019. It seems impossible to solve the issue. I have requested to speak with a Supervisor 3 times - still not getting anywhere - on hold. I asked if a Supervisor could call me back- it was reported to me that they cannot call me back - so now I am on hold forever.
