I called about my statement, and adjusted my coverage and was informed it would lower my amount owed by $40.00 per year. Called today and was told it was only lowered by $20.00 per year.
I have been with USAA for a number of years and I'm very disappointed in this. The information was given to me by representatives of your company and I should be able to trust them. As you know I'm a Vet and don't like the idea of you screwing me or just not competent to give me the correct information.
Please help me resolve this. The money is always important, but doing things the right way and being honest is more important.
