USAA - My account is locked why?

My account is locked and I cant get ahold of anyone i need help

I filed a claim on March 3 and was advised I would receive confirmation. I never received confirmation and on the many times I have called since (almost daily) I have been advised my account is locked?????? How and when can I get my car repaired?????

According to the information stated at usaa.com, to unlock your account you should follow the steps below:
  • Ask to have your account unlocked;
  • Verify your identity by answering a few questions;
  • Reset your password when you're granted temporary access to usaa.com.

When usaa locks your account, you cannot contact them because they will not recognize any of your identification numbers, including your membership number. My account is locked due to fraud charges on my credit card. It's as though I am not a member. USAA carries my home and auto insurance, God forbid I should be involvled in an auto accident or my home would get damaged. I cannot call and talk anyone!!!!!!!
