The wheel came off my vehicle and I was waiting for roadside assistance for 2 days. Vehicle slid and hit a curb and the wheel came off.
Three tow trucks were sent to me in which they couldnt help me. After the repair facility had been waiting for my vehicle for 2 whole days and get a phone call from a Supervisor from USAA telling me that I have to file a accident claim in order to have my vehicle towed. Why not tell me this up front. A waste of 2 days of nothing.
Im paying out of pocket for the repairs so I dont need to file a claim. This is the most craziest thing Ive heard in my life.
I will just take my bison elsewhere because at this point Im livid. Im a advocate of excellent customer service and clearly I wasnt given any.
Monetary Loss: $200.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
USAA Cons: Worst processes.
