I gave them 14 years of service when i finally needed their help with an accident they tried to help the other party involved in accident with medical billing but wouldn’t help me. On top of this when i got into another small accident they cancelled and wouldn’t assist me due to technical issues with their computer system horrible experience and I’m a veteran from two branches of the military.

Product or Service Mentioned: Usaa Auto Claim.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I am not an auto adjuster, but I don't believe an auto insurance policy covers medical costs for the party who buys it. They will cover the injured party damaged auto and/or medical, if their insured party is liable, they generally will cover their own parties damaged vehicle and uninsured motorists if the other party is at fault and doesn't have insurance or enough insurance.


Your post isn't very clear. They paid the other party's injuries but not yours?

Why? And a technical issue prevented them for helping with an entire claim?

Or for one thing, at one time, on one day? And what does you having two branches of service have to do with anything?
