USAA review: RUN RUN RUN

WtfMy auto insurance with usaa had lapsed due to none payment. (hard times..lost job due to govt shut down) called usaa and gave them my telephone password..the young lady put me on hold ..4 ever...she came back to tell me i needed to verify who i was..transfer me to me to a different dept and another person came on the phone. hello ser she says..im going to be asking you a series of questions. i said ok..she then ask me about my nephew several cousins and my father not to mention there address and ages. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DUE WITH ME WANTING TO GET MY CAR INSURED? TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY 2 OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS ARE DECEASED...I WAS SO PISSED I HUNG THE PHONE UP...

Left USAA for better coverage

Details
We left USAA after 19 years of coverage. We watched are premium increase over 300% of the past ten years without a claim to house and car. We’re paying for all the bad risk the USAA is taking on!! Moved our homeowners policy back to an HO8 policy which USAA stoped writing on 2012 cause it the highest coverage limits available in the industry. Also, waiting our subscriber savings account for $9800 from USAA!!

I left them this year they refused to cover an accident and kept jacking up the premiums when for aging cars. When asked why they blamed it on credit.

After seven years I started shopping and cut my premiums by half.

This company is taking advantage of service men and women by stating they will look after our interest. I really disappointing in both their commercialization and interested in serving veterans.

USAA review in Fayetteville, North Carolina: Accident

A fender bender, hit in the rear by the other driver. Gave me an answer that we both were contributing. Huh?? I had the right of way. I believe they came to that conclusion to avoid giving my deductible and having the work to go after the other insurance company for additional charges. I will change insurance companies. All that BS about veterans and working for you. Blah,Blah, typical greedy business. Has nothing to do withstanding up for veterans.

I am not an auto adjuster, but I don't believe an auto insurance policy covers medical costs for the party who buys it. They will cover the injured party damaged auto and/or medical, if their insured party is liable, they generally will cover their own parties damaged vehicle and uninsured motorists if the other party is at fault and doesn't have insurance or enough insurance.

My home was burglarized in Nov 2018, 5 months later USAA DENIED my claim, claimed fraud, shut down all 6 of my accounts. I filed using my PPV insurance to try and recover at least $10k of my $70k in damage and loss from denied claim.

DENIED AGAIN! During this, I had a no fault car accident, tree branch hit my windshield, DENIED. Over the past 9 years, I have been insured with them and filed 2 accident claims only. I’ve paid over $22,000 in insurance rates, how do they get away with this?

They never even came to my own to investigate my claims. No adjuster ever, and California law says they have 30-60 days, not close to 6 months to deny my claim.

Please help me, I’m disabled (mental disorders) and I feel discriminated against. I also can’t get anyone to insure me now and might lose my house.
