A bad wind storm came through and totally destroyed part of my deck, When I sent the pictures in they set up for an estimator to come out. The estimator low balled my damage.

I never received or saw USAA estimate, I received and email stating my claim was paid and here is $500.00 because I have a $500.00 deductible.

Estimate was for $2800.00. USAA told me that i was being ripped off and the guy on the phone told me, " well looks like you can repair that" a telemarketer telling me no damage.

I have been a loyal customer since 2002, first claim ever and they will not even talk to me about it.

The lies about USAA taking care of its customers and soldiers is a scam and BS, do not fall for it, find another company...Fast

Your contractor should be able to take pictures and justify his estimate. Same with USAA, they should have a detailed estimate to present to to you and for your contractor to review if yu want to show it to him.
