Disgusted and disappointed with USAA after many years of association purchased a CD and soon after noticed withdrawals from the interest payments, calls to USAA were answered by understanding agents who swore to call me back after investigation of the problem. Never got a call.

finally decided to close the CDs and was told the penalty was a portion of the interest paid, felt it worth it to get out of a short sided investment, after the close noticed that principal was taken with the interest, loss of principal, without notice just happy to be of service.

Complained to a "Senior" who understands the issue and will call me back after his investigation, I will see the dark side of the moon first. Only good out of this is Navy Federal Credit Union is now my credit union and much,much better for my little nest egg.
