As an Auto Dealer representative I contacted USAA with my client at the desk. We added a vehicle and asked to send the ID card and Insurance binder to the dealership. In 45 minutes I received the ID card. I made 4 additional phone calls after the client left for the Binder and was told that they needed client authorization to send the Binder. I stated that I rec'd the ID card- suprior authorization was given.

I spoke with your Manager Kendra- Employee ID # P9450 who stated there were no notes in the system regarding the transaction.

This is not our problem and your client services are deplorable. They have been good in the past, and I completely understand client privacy laws - but this is rediculous....

This needs to be addressed immediately !
