They are applying payments and moving money around without the customers authorization. They are lying about when payments are received.
When you call them out on their crap they lock you out of online information to try and manipulate the accounting nightmares they have created. They are collecting twice on the same insurance policy then not reflecting payments that are made, moving credits around until they have made them disappear into thin air. Isn't this INSURANCE FRAUD, CREDIT CARD FRAUD & WIRE FRAUD.
WHAT THEY FAILED TO UNDERSTAND IS CUSTOMERS ARE FAR MORE INTELLIGENT THAN THEY ARE. THERE IS A THING CALLED SCREEN SHOTS AND TAKING PICS WITH CELL PHONES TO CAPTURE ALL THE NASTY DETAILS OF THEIR ACCOUNTING PRACTICES.
