Several years ago my account was suddenly frozen without notice. When I asked why, I was told my account had been marked for fraud, but the rep could not see any reason why.

That was 12 years ago. Occasionally I try to get this cleared up. Every single time I end up so frustrated with the lack of follow-up on USAA end, combined with the hoops me to jump through (I did, and then nothing). Today I spent over an hour on the phone just trying to reach someone in a capacity beyond the first level of customer service I reach via phone.

5 calls - all magically dropped about 5 minutes into it. Not one call back.

This is absolutely ridiculous.

At this point, I just want to warn everyone -- don't even go there. They don't care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: I just want to talk to someone who can actually follow through and help me - not first level customer service.

I didn't like: Abysmally dismal customer service.
