The USAA representative handling my case said she has to get in contact with her consumer first before she can paid for my car to get fixed. It has been three weeks now and apparently they are not able to get in contact with their client.
In the meantime I am driving a car that need repairs and when I call I am never able to get this representative and instead get people with nasty attitudes saying they will let me know when they contact their client and they don't know how long this will be. This was a simple hit in the back case and should not take this long. I submitted the police report to them about three weeks ago as well.
It is terrible that they are this slow and then have attitudes when victims call to try to get an update. I am in the military and I hate that this suppose to be an company that represents the military and their families.
