USAA in Augusta, Georgia - Overcharged, dropped, and angry
They dropped us after over 25 yrs because of our son’s stupidity (dui & totaled his car) after they raised our rate for a year to recoup $. What a bunch of jerks! This was the ONLY accident we’d ever had. They told us we’d have to find a new home insurance provider as well. They probably did us a favor. I bet they wouldn’t want to cover anything anyhow. Good riddance.

USAA in Woodstock, Georgia - Customer service sucks
Don't try to get anything done with customer service at usaa. Thank god I am not a member. From held with logon and requesting a pre-qulified mortgage I hit a stone wall with customer service. They are the worst people to deal with. Thier customer service and mortgage people are rude and uncooperative. Take your business elsewhere. If you are military, go to Navy Federal Credit Union. You are treated like you are wasting their time answering questions. They DO NOT want your business! They will not answer your questions without asking you a ton of questions in return. You are the customer, not them. They do not have an email address for you to contact them and they would not provide a mailing address. You do not want to do business with a company like that. You are treated worse than the VA! They have no respect for the military. They just want your money.

The customer service is aweful and more interested in explaining to me why something was my fault instead of actually helping me.They rejected a check for insufficient funds when my account showed over twice the amount of the check as "available funds" on their own app...

Customer service is ridiculously rude they don't know how to open a correct fraud alert. The representatives will be little you for something 6 years ago. People change people make mistakes. It is not Usaa rep or agents job to be little a customer and make them feel so low. They never refunded my nsf fee due to their own agent didn't open a fraud case properly. And now they are holding finds of my money for something back In 2011. And also for mistakes made last year. I absolutely have been discusted with the way Ussa has changed.
