USAA review in Atlanta, Georgia: Liars customer service is ridiculous

i had fraud in my account 3weeks ago the rep that I was speaking with stated that there was a fraud case open and it would take 3business days. the fraud was another bank pulling money from my account with usaa. I only use one bank and that is this *** bank USAA. I did everything that I was told to do. as weeks go by the transaction still went through my account as I was told that nothing would go through my account due to fraud alert. I was charged nsf fees for that. now here it is I made a deposit on my account via mobile app and now they are holding money. this is by far the worst customer service center and agents I have ever had to deal with. I was told that the fees would be reversed and back to my account and they never were. I had no documentation of the fraud alert sent to my notification box or to any other notification on my account.

USAA policy of paying less than required

After a USAA insured policy holder backed into me while texting and driving, they called me and said they were only paying 75% of the damage. I said that I had not yet made a statement - they said go right ahead. They clearly are executing an internal policy to pay less than what is deserved even if there is no supporting evidence to the contrary. My attempts to escalate the matter got only double-talk from their adjuster - who was barely literate and rude. I asked if they had a question in their investigation regarding texting and she said yes. I asked how their policy holder replied and she said it was not answered!!!!! I told her that I did not appreciate being lied to. If they had posted the answer, they would have to pay 100%. She was silent. No resolution. USAA is DEADBEAT INSURANCE.

Usaa fraudulently told me before I refinanced with them that I could make bi weekly payments on my mortgage, WRONG, they are now telling me their systems Dont allow it, and on top of it my mortgage is going up by $200 ( the amount I was saving through the refi) because they *** up on calculations last year and now I have to pay for it

You mean they INCORRECTLY told you about the biweekly payment option? They misinformed you.

That's not really the legal definition. Plus, verbal promises are very difficult, if not impossible to honor.

If it is not part of the agreement on the terms then you don't have a leg to stand on.

USAA send to me to Benson Collision Center for the Preliminary Estimate 11/8/2011 today is 11/15/2011 ,I call to USAA because no body calls, and they said they don't have the information from Benson Collision, I call Benson Collsion Center and they said the iformation was send 11/8/2011 , I call theme like more than five times they don't have the iformation jet, the worst experince ever, I will pray every day to not be hit again from an USAA policy holders

RUN RUN RUN...Totally inept.... 1)Delayed builder by 6 weeks because they did not communicate at all!2)Did not give 'good faith advice' on locking interest rate (somewhat subjective here) 3)Did not order the appraisal on time (despite that we requested 20 workdays ahead of time) they delayed until August 30th, delaying our closing.... 4) Per our contract Builder can hold house for 10 days from close (penalized each day of course) and IF we do not close (ie delayed from USAA), then we lose $10,000 earnest money(which is HIGHLY likely to happen). RUN RUN RUN from USAA mortgage.... Insurance is good but the home loan department is ABSOLUTELY WORTHELESS!!!! What we will be doing *Filing a complaint with the VA *Suing USAA for 'breach of good faith' lending standards *Perhaps suing under Fair Housing act of 1969 *Seeking Punitive damages for lost earnest money *I do not care IF I win or NOT; it is the principle!!!!! *Never sued anyone before PS: long military family (on both sides) ANYONE FOR A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT? jnm1077@hotmail.com
