USAA in Atlanta, Georgia - Liars customer service is ridiculous

i had fraud in my account 3weeks ago the rep that I was speaking with stated that there was a fraud case open and it would take 3business days. the fraud was another bank pulling money from my account with usaa. I only use one bank and that is this *** bank USAA. I did everything that I was told to do. as weeks go by the transaction still went through my account as I was told that nothing would go through my account due to fraud alert. I was charged nsf fees for that. now here it is I made a deposit on my account via mobile app and now they are holding money. this is by far the worst customer service center and agents I have ever had to deal with. I was told that the fees would be reversed and back to my account and they never were. I had no documentation of the fraud alert sent to my notification box or to any other notification on my account.

USAA TOTALLY INEPT for Home MORTGAGE!!!!

RUN RUN RUN...Totally inept.... 1)Delayed builder by 6 weeks because they did not communicate at all!2)Did not give 'good faith advice' on locking interest rate (somewhat subjective here) 3)Did not order the appraisal on time (despite that we requested 20 workdays ahead of time) they delayed until August 30th, delaying our closing.... 4) Per our contract Builder can hold house for 10 days from close (penalized each day of course) and IF we do not close (ie delayed from USAA), then we lose $10,000 earnest money(which is HIGHLY likely to happen). RUN RUN RUN from USAA mortgage.... Insurance is good but the home loan department is ABSOLUTELY WORTHELESS!!!! Usaa, messed me up on banking with them.

i had banking with usaa and had an car loan also there, about 5 years ago. so i traded cars at dealer, usaa call me and said the title wasnt clear. i told the lady she needed to call dealer, were i had got my new car. it wasnt my trouble it was theres. so the next week my check from my work was on direct dep. my check goes in and i had 0 in bank, this goes on week after week with me not even writing an check on account. after 7 weeks of this, with my check going in and 1700.00 lost i closed my account.by it took me 3 months to get it closed out. i took this to my e-7 , i was in service for 20 yrs, but they done me in. i still think it was over the interest they lost on my car trade. it was to the pennie the interest on the car i had financed with them. no joke. i closed checking account finally, they didnt what to close it. just kept trying to screw me. the army couldnt help me at all. what they done was bounce the checks before money when in bank. saying i done it. no carloans or checking here
