If you don't have physical damage coverage on your truck, then you are out of luck. The only reason to carry liability only is if you don't care about the value of a vehicle.
- Them holding my money
Same here , been member for 17 years. Last couple years they seem to have a younger female staff.
I call the entitled baby customer service repersenitive. They insist on talking over you, very argumentitive & disrespectful.
Not a shred of automotive knowledge when you try to explain anything over the phone. They stink !!!!!!

Water claim not resolved. Interesting development.
Umpire in case now says that he is willing to withdraw his decision that was a "unanimous" decision to settle. One appraisal of personal belongings was $19,000 and the other was $103,000. Total settlement was $24,000.
I am told now that the umpire "does a lot of work for USAA". Very interesting !!!

Usaa has gone down here. I have a total loss claim from October of 2017.
I was rear ended and my insurance USAA has been trying to give a low ball payoff. The car was a 2016 Toyota Corolla 18000 miles, garage kept, car cover and 3rd vehicle. Car had no dents, dings or rub marks. 100% perfect until the the wreck.
They sent me comparisons that we could not verify not even one. The body shop reported it as excellent condition. USAA sent someone to inspect and they said very good condition. I provided them (at their request) comparisons that actually exist, they asked for them and never looked st them.
Then they asked me if I was sending them and I said there on your claims site under my name and accident. No response ever given. I asked to talk to manager and they said a MGR would call me within a few days. No call came until nearly two weeks later after I told them I had filed a complaint and don’t bother to contact me until claim is settled.
I can not buy a replacement vehicle at the price they wanted to settle. I contacted the insurance commission board and filed a compliant. They missed their deadline to respond and then when they responded they never answered the compliant to where you could verify they answered everything. Thru the insurance board we sent it back for their response.
It has been months and they have not complied. Many, many messages that we have not settled are on file with their claims dept. Last week they sent me a settlement check on a unfinished claim. I have been a long term member, but after a year plus I can say this is the worst customer service I have ever had.
I told them to show me a car on this island (hawaii, Hawaii or big island) like mine that I could purchase for that price I would settle. They couldn’t and never responded. USAA has gone to *** and when we settle I will close my banking. Already switched the rest and saved money.
I recommend using insurance commission board , congressman’s office, BBB to solve your compliant. Again this was a no fault of mi e accident and the other insurance company was/is responsible and my own insurance company (USAA) is trying to cheat me. On top of that they let me make payments on the vehicle for months when they could of paid it off with undisputed money. Their offer was more than enough to pay it off and then we could settle the compliant later.
They just let me keep paying the payment and this again is my insurance company. The insurance commission board Rep. Told me they could of paid it off with the undisputed settlement money while we go thru the compliant process.
They (USAA) stuck it to their customer! If you look compliant there are thousands if complaints on them.
