USAA refused to pay for the installation and calibration to replace the windshield on my 2019 RDX... I paid extra premium for this.The policy did not exclude installation and calibration. Supervisor was extremely RUDE an would not take to next level of management or RESOLUTION DEPT.

CLOSED ACCOUNT WITH NO NOTIFICATION... USAA LIED and said my wife closed the account...

My wife was on speaker and told them that was a LIE. I contacted USAA 8/27 as requested as they had question regarding my RV address under the PATRIOT ACT... For the 8th time in two years the AGENT said to ignore the letter as HE CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS IS CORRECT as done previously. USAA confirmed the agents notes told me all was OKAY.

Today my Debit Card was DECLINED.

That is how I found out my account was closed without notification...

After 55 years with USAA I have been locked out... I was on phone 8 hrs and given all kinds of promises someone will call be by the end of the day... nothing! I cancelled all my insurance as USAA can no longer be TRUSTED...

FEDERAL BANKING SITE LISTS SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH USAA.

Dont deal with them... 24 hours later as of now... still no return call from USAA...

I have NO WAY OF PAYING MY AUTO PAY ACCOUNTS so they have been DECLINED! My Credit Score will be ruined after 55 yrs above 870.

My new brokerage accounts will take 5 days before I can SET UP MY MANY AUTOPAY ACCOUNTS!

Spending HOURS AND HOURS trying to get bills paid and all Auto Pay and Auto Deposits re-directed.

IT IS OBVIOUS USAA MANAGEMENT IS INCOMPETENT.

Noticed they stopped advertising BANKING in their TV ADS...

are only allowed by the government to advertise INSURANCE until they are removed from the IN TROUBLE LIST!

USAA HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY ABUSIVE AND CRUEL TO THIS 80 yr old man after 55 years of loyalty! How sick....

User's recommendation: AVOID USAA... close your accounts & Insurance.

USAA Pros: Had good reputation.

USAA Cons: Extremely uncaring after 55 years, Cannot trust, Own records and agent notes show i complied as requested, Will close your accounts without notification, Optional windshield coverage but not pay for installation.
