Same thing happened to my son. Him with 4 children, rent, groceries, regular bills and child support.

They are holding him responisible 14000 dollars. How can they do this and get by with it? Something needs to be done. Are they the ones pocketing the veterans money?

Taking money from the people who put their lives on the line for the rest of us. I have read several bad reviews on USAA. They should be ashamed of themselves. I am not stopping here, I will write letters and make whatever phone calls I can make and so should everyone else....

Make them give back any money they took with interest and maybe they need to retrain ALL employees there or just shut it down. My son banked with them for over 11 years and this is how they thank him for his service and loyalty to USAA. He tried to get us to bank with them, Thank the good Lord we didn't.

Make calls, write letters, do what it takes to make USAA fix this. Thank You all for your service to our country and I am sorry USAA is treating a lot of you so bad.

I deposit substantial amount of money into my account and transfer between family. My son just made a deposit into a joint account and they decided to hold everything but $200.00 I explained to them and still the service was so bad. not worth the trouble with this bank Horrible customer service. Managers mean absolutely nothing for the customers and have no authority to do anything in the mean time they couldn't even say that the charges that will be incurred are going to be covered by them. I have my son in college without the ability to access his funds on the account. Uncceptable.

Same ridiculous nonpayment if claim after almost 2 months. Violated AR state law of 45 days to pay or deny claim with cause in writing to consumer.

Worst investigator and claims responsevandbattitude possible.

After they took paint chips and verified a vehicle hit and ran, still nothing.Reported them to AR insurance commissioner. They keep taking my premiums though.
