Sure, ALL calls go to the same main number which starts the endless process. Do not use this company.

I have been a client since 1967 and planning to drop them on six cars and four houses. If USAA reads this, please call me, Tom Barnett, member number 74-0047.

Did they ever call you? I'm experiencing the same thing simply trying to get them to verify an external account so I can make an ACH to it online.

Their automated process screwed it up, triggered NSF somehow, and started the process all over a second time. I've spoken to 5 different reps who couldn't hear me, put me on hold numerous times, transferred me around, and hung up on me.

I called back to be escalated to a super and it went to her VOICEMAIL! What the heck happened to this company?
