After being with USAA for 28 yrs I am considering pulling all my products from them. My daugther is 22 and on my policy and has been ever since she started driving.
In Jan 2017 she had a minor claim and in May 2018 we had one for 12000 . They just informed me that upon my renewal they are cancelling my coverage. My policy has renewed twice since the last accident and of course I have been paying a substantial increase from the accidents. Oh wait they did give me the option of continuing my coverage without her.
When I tried to call and asked questions it took me 4 phone calls and two weeks to get back to me. Only to tell me they would not even review it.
The customer service has gone down over the years. Good luck with them
