I had a fender-bender accident in a small parking lot. I reported the incident to the police, whereas the other party fled the scene. I called USAA for support, submitting my statement and incident report police made. I got a response from USAA--the Agent thinks that I...

USAA in Washington, District Of Columbia - So disappointed !

I had a fender bender. I filed the incident report with police , though the other party left the scene. And she filed the claim, saying totally differently story.. and USAA bought that story, saying that I am 100 percent liable for that. I submitted my accident report to her but she didn’t read it. Instead she “kindly” gave me a lecture, “ it would have been worse if a kid had been involved.” Please stop treating me like a criminal. And I am so surprised to know that they buy stories that don’t reflect what really happened.

USAA Home Loan Review from Washington, District Of Columbia

As a valued member of usaa for 9 years, I decided to research financing a home loan through them. I called to get information only. Spoke with Brian broker number 1048239. Placed him on hold for two minutes to take another call. When I came back he had run my credit report without my permission. Very unethical.

USAA is terrible!!! If you have to deal with them for a mortgage, don't! The mortgage processor and the underwriters act as if it's their money. They don't not return calls, emails and so you never know what's going on. We were constantly asked to send...

After playing the usaa game, jumping through hoops trying to get all the letters they wanted they always needed something else. They said that my husbands employment letter wasnt "professional enough".

They wanted my doctor to write a letter stating that my SSDi payments were going to continue for three years. We got so fed up that we told them we were going to take our money elsewhere.

They refused to refund my $300 deposit, then 3 weeks later I get a letter in the mail stating that our loan was denied. WTF, I fired them, they didnt deny me.

I agree. I tried to get home owners insurance

through them and they said no. They said they

are not writing policies in my area. So much for their

slogan"we know what it means to serve"

I guess my sixteen months in Vietnam means

nothing.

:( USAA used to take pride in taking care of their customers-pretty much since their member expansion a few year ago-they could not care less! It is a shame-I'm taking my business elsewhere.
