USAA provides top of the line service, had great customer service, responds quickly, guides you through the entire process, give alerts with any new information, checks on progress of claims, and follows up on your experience. I've had nothing but great experience with USAA for over two decades! I would highly recommend them if you're looking for quality service, and the prices are competitive in most cases.

USAA Bank and the entire system for reporting, collecting and processing claim disputes is broken. The worst part of this process or lack thereof is the customer service teams, MRT, office of CEO and dispute team who all have NO direct communication or extensions to speak with a dedicated resolution.

They purposely give you the run around and have no online systems checks and balances to record dispute documents online or to a P.O. Box which is unregistered mail. If you call into follow up on the claim, they cant find it or open another claim under fraud to further confuse the next representative that has ZERO accountability to resolve the dispute.
One year later, we have a criminal court case against the merchant and still no refund from USAA AMEX. USAA also reported incorrect information to the credit agencies for non payment when a bank cannot collect on a dispute in review.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK. 35 year member and I have never wasted this much time and effort on a charge that was obviously not rendered.

Wedding ring claim

they only want to pay 300.00 for a ring that cost over 700.00 in 2015 jared says it is worth over 1K. they want to low ball you on a claim and have you stuck. terrible customer service terrible company do not deal with them
